Great report, nice to hear there are people that are helpful, especially dealer mechanics. I have a friend who's a car mechanic and he's the same way, if there's something easy to fix he tells me how to do it so I don't waste money on his time. There's hope yet!!
Can you be more detailed on this rubber plug. I think I know what you're talking about, but can you tell us the "particulars" the mechanic told you?
